Good afternoon. I’m the founder and CEO of the Pirates Cove Car Wash chain.  Customer feedback is important to me – if we don’t know something is broken, we can’t fix it.  Similarly, it’s nice to know when something went extremely well, so we can promote and reward our superstar employees too.

   With that in mind, I recently bought a home in Lone Tree, CO and paid ~$50,000 to have Home Depot do a full cabinet makeover in the kitchen.  It’s a beautiful, large home. I prayed we would get a good carpenter. The person assigned to the job by Home Depot was Jim Bunting.  I wanted to take the time to email you: he’s an absolute A+. He’s a phenomenal carpenter who does first rate work, with fabulous attention to detail. I’ve used Home Depot on other service jobs, he’s the best I’ve seen.  He’s personable and a great guy, shows up on time every day, and does amazing work.  If you have an employee of the year award, he should receive it.  He should probably also lead the training program for all your carpenter installation teams.

   I wanted to let yo know that Jim Bunting, who did our kitchen cabinet refacing did an incredible job.  His timeliness, great workmanship along with a great attitude made the whole process easy and seamless.

   He should be acknowledged and Home Depot is lucky to have him as one of their contractors!

   We wanted to let you know what an exceptional installer you have working for you.  Mr. Bunting is very talented in what he does.   Upon completion of the job he had us inspect it thoroughly to ensure that we were happy with the job done.  His skills and talents lay in precision, ascetic look, correctness of the job requested and customer service.  He was punctual daily and communicated with us throughout the week with things so we knew what was going on and what needed to be done.  If we were to rate his work in a 1 to 10 scale we would give him a 12!
